"Outside With Grief" Workshop for Suicide Loss-POSTPONED to later date
Nature is inherently grounding and has the capacity to hold our grief. Join others who have lost a loved one to suicide in a three hour immersive workshop. This experience will include intervals of moderate hiking, cultivating nature-based coping skills, and creating space to honor loved ones, while being "held" by the natural world. This workshop is most appropriate for individuals who are at least three months post-loss. The location is near the Nature Center in Rock Creek Park.
Timing: Saturday, October 19, 2024, 9:00-12:00 pm (rain date 10/20/2024)*
Cost: $185 per person
*Please note, if this workshop does not meet a minimum enrollment, it may be postponed or cancelled. I will communicate about this promptly to ensure as smooth of a process for you as possible.
